Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders ship after they are made. Typical transit is currently 3 to 6 days once your items are finished and on their way.

I ship within the United States, and to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping within the US is included in the price. International shipping is charged separately and you will see the amount in your cart before you check out.

International orders can take considerably longer than domestic ones. The estimate you see is an estimate and not a guarantee, because once a parcel leaves the US it goes through customs and how long that takes is not something I can predict or hurry.

Any customs charges, import duties or taxes are paid by you when the parcel arrives. They are set by your own country, not by me, and I have no way to know what they will be.

If you are somewhere I do not ship to yet and would still love an item, message me and we can talk about it.

You will receive tracking when your order ships.

Returns

Every item is made by hand, per customer, so all sales are final. There is no stock to send anything back to.

However, I want you to love your items! For custom orders, you will receive a mockup to approve before I make anything, so there will be no surprises. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, tell me right away and I will make it right.
