Gift card terms

How they arrive

Gift cards are virtual. As soon as payment is received, the card is emailed to the recipient at the email address you provided.

Expiration

There is no expiration date and there are no fees in using an Ears of Joy gift card. A card is worth the value it was bought for until a balance is spent.

How to use

Add your desired item(s) to your cart, then enter your gift card code in the provided field at checkout! If your order costs more than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be paid by card at standard checkout.

Refunds

Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

If an order paid for using a gift card is refunded, the amount goes back onto the card rather than into a bank account.

Virtual Gift Cards

Treat your gift card like cash. Anyone who has the code can spend it, so only share it with the person it is for.

If you lose your code, contact us! We will check our records and help where we can.
