- How long does a custom pair take to make?
- Most pairs take 1 to 3 weeks to make, then 3 to 6 days in the mail. Where you land in that range depends on how busy my queue is when you order, which is why I give you a range instead of a promise I might not keep. If you have a trip date, use the checker on any product page for an estimated arrival date!
- Will my ears arrive before my trip?
- Every product page has a trip-date checker. Enter the day you leave and where you are located for an estimation on whether ordering today will make it, with room to spare, cutting it close, or not on time. If it is close, message me directly and I will confirm before you buy.
- Are they comfortable for a full park day?
- Our customers often rave on the comfort of our headbands! They are designed to be as lightweight and comfortable as possible, so you can be comfortable all day long.
- What size are your ears, and will they fit me?
- Our ears are one size fits most! If you would like a child sized hat, or have additional questions about fit, message me before ordering.
- Can I add a name or personalize my pair?
- Yes! Add detail work like rosettes, vinyl lettering, or felt figures and faces by sending me a message or creating your own, one-of-kind mouse ears in our custom builder.
- How do I care for my ears?
- Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and let them air dry, as needed. Store them carefully somewhere they will not get crushed, and be mindful not to stuff them into bags or small ride pouches!
- What is your return policy?
- Because everything is made to order, personalized and custom pieces are final sale. If something arrives wrong or damaged, tell me right away and I will make it right.
